The theory proposes that consciousness and entropy are not independent phenomena but symmetrically balanced forces that operate across cosmic cycles. This symmetry is testable through observations of the Cosmic Microwave Background, quantum mechanical experiments, and neurological studies.
Rather than a single linear timeline, C4 Theory proposes an eternally repeating cosmos where information is preserved across cosmic resets through "choice imprints" on the Weyl tensor. This framework reconciles quantum mechanics with general relativity while providing a mechanism for memory and consciousness.
The theory makes three concrete, falsifiable predictions: (1) repeating patterns in the CMB corresponding to choice imprints, (2) measurable consciousness-quantum interactions, and (3) distinct quantum signatures during déjà vu experiences. These predictions can be tested through rigorous experimental design and observational data.
